50% deposit to secure the booking, with the balance by bank transfer one month before arrival. A damages and breakage security deposit of 1,500 euro is required by bank transfer one month before arrival. This is returned to you a week after your departure providing the villa is left in a good clean condition with no breakages or damage. |
